I’m sure you can guess by the name this bonbon has ginger in it. I have gotten over being nervous to try these now, I’m pleasantly surprised each time at how they combine unusual flavors with their silky dark chocolate. This was no exception. The outside is pretty, complete with gold leaf flakes, and the inside is creamy and has a rich but not overpowering ginger taste, with the spicy ginger kick at the end. Really awesome!!
