A Thousand Words Thursday - Six Months

Yep. In love. I'm enamored with this guy. He's sorta chubby and won't do anything for himself. He won't even talk to me, but it's too late. I love him. I've had this kind of obsession lately with JC. I love all my kids, but I've been lucky enough to be able to give him lots of one-on-one time lately. I am still nursing him seemingly all day. I don't really mind getting up at night with him. I just want to absorb him. You can catch me breathing him in any chance I get. Even if he doesn't smell all that good. It's still good. I can't stop.

Perhaps I need a baby intervention. Part of it is probably just the fact that he's so darn cute. Sure, every one's own kid is cute, but I mean this kid is cute. Secondly, its still the fact that he's our last. I told by husband I'd love to have more if that lottery thing ever pans out. Until then, four kids is probably already more than we can afford. He is the last not only between us, but in our immediate families as well. I'll just have to wait for our engaged neighbor couple to start on some if I want a baby fix in the future.

SO its up to me to absorb, inhale and squeeze every ounce of baby goodness out of this kid while I can. I can't believe he's already half way to 1 year!! Where in the world did those six months go?!

How can you not want to squeeze those cheeks?
